Meet Rodney Baldwin
Rodney Baldwin is a dedicated leader, father, and servant of the community, always putting his family and the needs of others first. As the CEO of The Blessing Wave, he oversees operations in Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, and Los Angeles, working tirelessly to fight food insecurity and uplift communities. He also serves as Vice President of Kings Kids Africa, overseeing growth, sustainability, and development to support and uplift the 155 children we have rescued and serve.
In addition to his nonprofit work, Rodney is a leader at Dell Technologies, where he drives innovation, while also leading community outreach projects across the United States. A devoted father of four and a minister at his church, his faith fuels his mission to serve and make a lasting impact both locally and globally.
